Service Description
A workplace crisis leaves a lasting impact. Without intentional support, employees may carry unresolved stress that fuels burnout, turnover, and disengagement. Our Crisis Response Debriefing services helps leaders respond to crises with empathy and compassion, building resilience and trust within the organzation. We create a safe space for leaders and their team members to share and reflect, help understand stress response, identify organizational needs, strengthen trust and psychological safety, and provide a bridge to long-term recovery.
Cancellation Policy
Nuvanti Consulting, LLC Booking Policy 1. Scheduling: • All services, including consulting sessions, trainings, and EAP/CISM interventions, must be booked in advance by contacting our office via email or phone. • Appointments are confirmed only once a written agreement (or purchase order for corporate clients) and deposit are received. 2. Deposits: • A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total service fee is required at the time of booking to secure the requested date and time. • The remaining balance is due no later than 5 business days prior to the scheduled service date, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. 3. Cancellations & Rescheduling: • Cancellations made 14 or more business days before the scheduled service date may be rescheduled without penalty. • Cancellations made with less than 14 business days’ notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit. • Cancellations made with less than 72 hours’ notice will result in full payment being due. • If rescheduling is requested, Nuvanti Consulting will make every effort to accommodate a new date and time; however, availability cannot be guaranteed. 4. Emergencies: • In the event of a client emergency or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., critical incident requiring immediate deployment), Nuvanti Consulting may adjust scheduling at its discretion to prioritize urgent needs. • If Nuvanti Consulting must cancel due to circumstances beyond our control, all deposits and payments will be promptly refunded or applied to a rescheduled service. 5. Travel & Onsite Services: • Clients booking onsite services will be responsible for travel expenses, which will be outlined in advance. • Travel arrangements must be finalized at least 7 business days prior to the scheduled date. 6. Same-Day or Urgent Requests (CISM): • Urgent CISM requests will be accommodated whenever possible; however, expedited booking is subject to availability and may incur an additional urgency fee. 7. Payment: • Payments may be made by check, ACH transfer, or credit card (processing fees may apply). • Services will not be delivered if full payment is not received by the due date.
